It’s important to know our plan in case weather becomes unfavorable in our area. Berkley follows the district’s
directives for school closures related to weather or emergency conditions. If Polk County Public Schools are closed for inclement weather or emergency conditions, Berkley will be closed as well.
We will send out phone recordings, Facebook postings, and updates via our website but parents can be assured that if the news reports Polk County schools are closed, Berkley is too.
Rainy Days: If your child’s transportation plan may be affected by rainy weather, please make a plan in advance with your child so they know how to go home on rainy days.
